✅ Refunds Are Allowed If:

  • Order not delivered — your order did not arrive
  • Major quality issue — the product arrived in an unacceptable condition

❌ Refunds Are NOT Allowed If:

  • Change of mind — once an order is placed and processed, we cannot refund due to a change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided — if delivery fails due to a wrong address supplied by the customer
