Due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
✅ Exchanges Are Allowed If:
- Wrong item delivered — you received a different product than what you ordered
- Damaged product — the flowers or gift arrived in poor condition
